Apple Business Chat

Apple has opened its Business Chat feature to everyone around the world, so you can chat with brands from your iPad and iPhone.

Apple US customers have been enjoying the Apple Business Chat feature for a while, but the giant tech company has rolled the service out to more territories including the UK, Singapore, Japan, Australia and many European nations.

This feature gives you the opportunity to interact with brands via the Message app on either your iPad or iPhone. It works the same way any other iMessage conversation works.

You can also ask questions and inquire about orders, reservations and opening hours. Apple Business Chat allows you to buy whatever you want to buy from brands through the message stream. You will be able to chat with the real person and the best thing about this feature is that you will always be in control when it comes to sharing contact information.

For instance, the UK users can chat to energy firm nPower about Smart Meters by visiting the “Contact Us” page on nPower’s site on their iPhone or iPad and tap the “Chat with Message” icon.
